Sotheby's International Realty was developing a real estate sales program to market Tobiano, a 1000 acre development that is part of a 10,000 acre working ranch in the spectacular Kamloops Lake Valley. Waddell and Conder worked directly with the client and the developer to design and build a Discovery Center, including the building itself, an interpretive center, a sales pavilion and a set of strategic sales tools that reflected the unique character of the region.
